Dementia Change Action Network

Connecting people around a cause
MESSAGING / BRAND STRATEGY / VISUAL IDENTITY / WEBSITE DESIGN / COPYWRITING
THE BRIEF

The Dementia Change Action Network, or DCAN, was set up to connect people and organisations around one shared goal – to tackle key challenges faced by people living with dementia, together.

We were approached by DCAN to support them through the whole branding process – from defining key messages and naming the organisation through to visual identity and design of key publications.

THE IMPACT

DCAN’s branding intentionally positioned them differently within the health and social care landscape. The focus on positive images representing people with dementia, and the colourful optimism of the logo, helped the Network to grow quickly and establish its reputation.

We continue to work with DCAN, creating online content including blog posts and news articles for the website.

“HopeWorks’ ability to mix first rate graphics and design with a strategic mind and excellent copy is a rare mix. And Adam’s astute grasp of my field – personalisation and dementia – gives their input an added dimension.”

Ian McCreath, DCAN Chair
